Refund Policy

Before purchasing

Please review the product page, selected duration and current availability before completing an order. If you need help selecting a product, contact support before purchase.

Digital delivery

Digital access is delivered through the customer account and/or order email after a successful order. Requests are reviewed against the order record, access-delivery status and any applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Requesting a review

Send your order number, purchasing email address and a concise description of the issue to support@supportcheats.net. We will acknowledge the request and provide the next step through the original order email when possible.

Maintenance

A temporary maintenance status is handled through updates and support. It does not automatically establish a refund, but it will be considered with the order circumstances and applicable law.

Chargebacks

Please contact support first so we can investigate and resolve an order issue using the delivery and account records.
