Store access

SupportCheats provides digital product access, customer-account delivery and support resources. Product availability, compatibility and access duration are shown on the relevant product page and may change when maintenance is required.

Orders and accounts

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining the security of your account credentials. Access is issued to the purchasing customer and is subject to the access period selected at checkout.

Availability and support

Live availability is displayed in the catalog and product pages. If a product is under maintenance, the current status page is the source of truth. Contact support before purchasing if you have a compatibility question.

Acceptable use

You must use the store, account area and support channels lawfully and must not interfere with site operation, payment processing or other customer accounts.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, operational or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
